The door opens and out steps a young lad who gives you the once-over. “No admittance for you,” he says before you can even get a word out. You try to talk your way in, but the bouncer won’t budge. He doesn’t care who you are, you’re not getting in. Finally, you give up and return to your friends who’ve decided to enjoy one of the bigger clubs. Their good mood dispels your disappointment and you have a fantastic night.
